Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All components, accessories, and promotional items included with the order are returned.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or complimentary items
  • Digital products (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
